Alison Howlett

I am passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals and pride myself on providing a friendly, personal service tailored to each client’s individual needs. I believe that every client deserves to feel supported and informed throughout their mortgage journey, and I am committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

My career has been built around helping and supporting people. I spent 13 years working in education, developing strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. Prior to this, I worked within the financial services industry, gaining valuable experience in mortgage administration with Halifax, where I was part of both the Relationship and New Build teams. I also worked for Creditweb Mortgage Brokers as a mortgage progressor, managing mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion. These roles provided me with a thorough understanding of the mortgage process and reinforced the importance of delivering excellent customer service at every stage.

Building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate what can often feel like a complex process is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. I enjoy taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances and ensuring they feel confident, informed and supported throughout their mortgage journey.

Outside of work, I am married with three children, who keep life busy and full of fun. Much of my free time is spent travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, and cheering on my children from the sidelines at their various sporting events. When I get the chance to relax, I enjoy reading a good book and baking cakes for family and friends to enjoy.
