Most recently, Vijay helped us with what was a particularly complex Buy-to-Let mortgage requirement. From the outset, he took the time to fully understand our circumstances and exactly what we were trying to achieve. His knowledge of the mortgage market and specialist property finance enabled him to navigate the complexities of the case and ultimately find the right solution for us. What particularly stands out about Vijay is his attention to detail and his ability to genuinely listen to every requirement. He does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. He was extremely knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. He made the whole mortgage process feel much easier and less stressful. I also had a great experience dealing with James and the rest of the team, who were always helpful and professional. I decided to use the solicitors recommended by Trinity Finance as well, and I was very happy with them. They were knowledgeable and experienced, kept me informed throughout the process, and were always happy to answer my questions. David Raggett63 days agoI recently worked with Lisa Ingram at trinity when going through the purchase of my first house. As a first time buyer doing it alone, I didn’t know where to begin and felt very lost by the whole process… but from my first conversation with Lisa I felt much more at ease. She took the time to explain everything to me and looked at all different kinds of options. Any time I messaged or needed to talk she’d always respond promptly or arrange a telephone call. She was very professional and thorough and I really felt like she had my best interests at heart and wanted to get me the best possible deal. The team were always on hand to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and worked hard to find me the best mortgage for my situation.
