I have known Vijay since his time at Lloyds Bank and have maintained that relationship over the years because of the trust and confidence I have always had in his knowledge, professionalism and approach. As a first time buyer doing it alone, I didn’t know where to begin and felt very lost by the whole process… but from my first conversation with Lisa I felt much more at ease. She took the time to explain everything to me and looked at all different kinds of options. Any time I messaged or needed to talk she’d always respond promptly or arrange a telephone call. She was very professional and thorough and I really felt like she had my best interests at heart and wanted to get me the best possible deal. We cannot thank Colin and James enough for everything they have done for us throughout our house purchase… From the outset, they managed to secure our mortgage on what was initially an incredibly tight timescale, but what really set them apart was the level of service they provided throughout the entire process.
