Debbie brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, offering a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, approachable style to every case she manages. Originally from London and now based in Kent, she has built a varied and impressive career across both lending and conveyancing environments.

She began her career as an underwriter at Halifax, where she spent 10 years developing a strong foundation in lending and credit assessment. Debbie then moved to Searchflow, gaining valuable experience in conveyancing searches and supporting solicitors with search-related queries.

 

Her career progressed at Mortgage Matters Direct, where she worked as a Mortgage Administrator for Ward & Partners. In this role, Debbie managed mortgage applications from submission right through to completion, developing her strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

 

Keen to return to a banking environment, Debbie joined Kent Reliance Bank, where she spent 12 years as an underwriting and completions consultant. Here, she further strengthened her expertise in lending decisions and the end-to-end mortgage process.

 

Now at Trinity Finance, Debbie is thoroughly enjoying her role as a Mortgage Administrator, where she combines her extensive experience to support clients, brokers, and solicitors throughout the mortgage journey. She is known for her proactive approach, reliability, and commitment to ensuring cases progress as smoothly as possible.
