My experience at Woolwich Plc within the Mortgages and Loans Department first sparked my passion for helping people navigate important financial decisions, and I’ve carried that commitment to precision and trust throughout my career.

I take pride in maintaining efficient systems, managing documentation with care, and ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism and warmth. I’m confident working both independently and as part of a busy team, and I’m always motivated to deliver the highest level of service.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, home decorating, cooking, spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, and keeping active — they give me a great sense of balance and creativity that I bring into everything I do.
