As Trinity’s Compliance Officer and co-founder, Lawrence ensures every client receives advice that is clear, compliant, and tailored to their needs. He oversees the firm’s governance and adviser training, ensuring Trinity remains fully aligned with FCA standards and that clients are always protected with transparent, fair advice.
With more than 31 years in the property and mortgage industry, Lawrence’s experience spans lettings, mortgage advice, and regional management roles. He began his career in a family-run lettings business, became an award-winning mortgage adviser with Countrywide Mortgage Services, later advanced to Regional Sales Manager, and in 2015 co-founded Trinity Finance. Based at the head office in Welling, he is known for combining calm guidance with deep technical expertise.
